Frank Choi (Kin Wa Choi) - a Chinese funeral director with 20+ years of experience, working around Chinese families in and around Sydney, Australia.
Frank is from Zhongshan, Guangdong, and comes from within the Chinese-Australian community. He understands what tradition means to elders, what practical clarity means to younger family members, and how families need to be heard quietly during grief.
