Frank Choi · Kin Wa Choi
For more than 20 years, Frank has walked alongside Chinese families in Australia during their most difficult moments. He believes funeral work is not about process - it is about helping families say goodbye in their own language, in a way that honours their culture.
Frank is from Zhongshan, Guangdong, and has built his work within the Chinese-Australian community. He speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese. He understands the weight elders place on tradition, and the clarity younger family members often need. He never rushes families and never sells - every decision is made at your own pace.
Frank works in close partnership with Gregory & Carr Funeral Directors, so families receive Frank's personal Chinese-speaking guidance while being supported by Gregory & Carr's experienced team, locations, facilities, systems and operational resources.
